Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. This will be used to wrap the salmon and asparagus.
Place a handful of asparagus in the center of each piece of foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Lay a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus on each piece of foil.
Drizzle more olive oil over the salmon and season with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet. Make sure there are no gaps.
Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Remove the foil packs from the oven and carefully open them. Serve the contents directly from the foil for an easy meal.
