- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 Butterfinger candy bar, crushed
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Stir until you achieve a smooth, dough-like consistency.
Step 2: Add Butterfinger
Add the crushed Butterfinger candy bar to the mixture and blend it in evenly.
Step 3: Form Balls
Roll this mixture into small balls, approximately one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: Chill the Balls
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 5: Melt the Chocolate
While the balls are chilling, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Step 6: Coat the Balls
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place them back on the parchment paper.
Step 7: Harden the Chocolate
Refrigerate the chocolate-coated balls until the chocolate hardens, approximately 15 minutes.
Step 8: Serve
Serve and watch them disappear!
