Description

Imagine the comforting aroma of sizzling bacon wafting through your kitchen, weaving together memories of joyful gatherings and late-night snacks with friends. The delight of indulging in a warm, cheesy dish isn’t just about the food; it’s about the laughter shared, the stories exchanged, and the smiles that brighten even the dullest days. The Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Bomb Quesadillas encapsulate that magic, transforming everyday moments into something truly special, one bite at a time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 pound ground beef, fully cooked
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Quesadillas

Lay out large flour tortillas on a clean surface and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.

Step 3: Add Bacon and Maple Syrup

Crumble crispy bacon on top of the cheese and drizzle a bit of maple syrup over the bacon.

Step 4: Fold the Tortillas

Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling and form a semi-circle.

Step 5: Cook the Quesadillas

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the folded quesadillas in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6: Flip and Finish Cooking

Carefully flip the quesadillas and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, approximately 2-3 more minutes.

Step 7: Slice and Serve

Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges. Serve with additional maple syrup for dipping if desired.
