  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cornbread crumbs, onion, celery, butter, parsley, thyme, and pepper.
  • Gradually stir in chicken broth until moistened.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
